We are hiring for our spring and summer seasons with the potential for longer employment at THE LAZY SWAN GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB.

CHEFS
- Lead Line cooks are expected to confidently run their own station, as well as supervising other cooks. 
- Must possess strong culinary skills in each area of a professional kitchen and understand the fundamentals of food and labor cost controls. 
- He/She will ensure the proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with sanitation/health regulations.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a casual/fine dining restaurant. 
- Culinary school graduates preferred, but not required
LINE COOKS
- Must be motivated individuals who possess basic professional cooking skills and are eager to expand their knowledge. 
- He/She will be expected to quickly learn all aspects of a particular station(s) in the kitchen by accurately following instruction from the Executive Chef. 
- He/She will ensure the proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with sanitation/health regulations. 
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a professional kitchen. Culinary school graduates preferred, but not required.
PREP - are entry-level cooks looking begin their career. 
- He/She will assist in the preparation of all "mise en place" needed for service according to the instruction of the Executive Chef. 
- He/She will ensure the proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with sanitation/health regulations. 
- Candidates must have good knife skills, the ability to follow recipes precisely, excellent attention to detail, and be eager to learn
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a professional kitchen, or be a recent Culinary school graduate.
DISHWASHERS
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Able to wear latex or other type water proof gloves
Able to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
Able to work flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Able to carry up to 50 lbs. up to 100 feet
Able to speak and hear clearly in a noisy environment
Continuous use of manual dexterity 
Job Responsibilities:
Washes dishes including pots, pans, glassware and silverware
Organizes and stacks clean glassware and silverware as directed
Cleans the kitchen including any spills on the floors or counter tops
Removes trash and garbage to dumpster or holding bins as needed
Notify manager in the event dishwasher or other assigned equipment malfunctions
Other duties as assigned
